Before you begin
Your first questions, answered.
Do you have properties for sale or rent listed here?
This is an independent enquiry service, not a live property listings portal. Sue will discuss your needs and look for a suitable local business. Availability and current prices must be confirmed with the agent or provider.
Can you help me find an estate agent in Tenerife?
Yes. Share whether you want to buy or rent, your preferred areas, approximate budget and timing. Sue will ask before sharing your contact details and discuss a possible introduction.
Can I ask about long-term rentals in Tenerife?
Yes. Include your preferred move-in date, intended length of stay, monthly rent budget and the type of home you need. Ask the provider to confirm the permitted use, contract terms and availability.
Can I arrange viewings while visiting the island?
Mention your travel dates and areas of interest. Viewing arrangements are agreed directly with the agent and depend on access and availability.
What should I budget for when buying or renting?
For buying, allow for costs beyond the advertised property price and request a personalised breakdown from your advisers. For renting, ask for the rent, deposit, any applicable fees, utilities and other agreed charges in writing. We do not advertise estimated market prices or fixed packages.
Can you advise me on contracts or legal checks?
Sue coordinates introductions. She does not provide legal, tax, mortgage or investment advice. Before committing to a property, ask an independent appropriately qualified adviser to review the arrangements and explain the checks you need.
Can I enquire from outside Tenerife?
Yes. Tell Sue where you are in your search and whether you can visit for viewings. You do not need every detail decided to make an initial enquiry.
Does an enquiry reserve a property?
No. Your enquiry is a request for a conversation. It does not reserve a property or commit you to pay. Any purchase, tenancy, services and fees must be agreed separately with the relevant business.
